APD-U uses the latest GIS technology throughout the planning, design, and implementation phases. Our team collects neighborhood data using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to map and analyze various trends and gaps in opportunity, and to spatially visualize a comprehensive approach to redevelopment, smart growth, and sustainability in urban communities. APD-U provides easy to access online mapping services where clients are able to customize the spatial data layers to meet their needs. Our GIS tools are also used to collect additional community and stakeholder engagement through the planning process.
