Program, Policy, and Technical Assistance

We design and manage sustainable policies and programs related to community development and housing. Through public engagement, APD-U works with our clients to create community-driven programs and policies sourced directly from neighborhood residents and stakeholders. APD-U makes sure programs are run well through active capacity building with our client organizations, and where capacity is unable to adequately be built, APD-U directly manages the implementation of the policies and programs.
