Project Scope
APD Urban Planning and Management has worked with the Westside Future Fund in a variety of assignments since the organization’s inception. APD-U has supported the CEO in providing project management and housing implementation analysis for the organizations to help guide their mixed income communities impact area in the Westside neighborhoods of Atlanta.
Our Work
APD-U has served WFF on a variety of roles. We have completed a housing projections analysis that looked at establishing housing growth numbers for the westside neighborhoods for the upcoming decade, and identifying expected income brackets for the expected housing. Additionally, APD-U has assisted WFF in responding to RFP’s and RFQ’s to obtain additional assets and funding for affordable housing as well as creating strategies for fundraising to potential investor.
