Project Scope
The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation and the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association selected APD-U to create a Neighborhood Vision Plan for the community that updated the vision and goal of their 2000 Master plan in preparation of upcoming city-wide planning efforts.
Our Work
APD-U worked with the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood to conduct a series of community meetings and stakeholder meetings to obtain input on Castleberry Hill’s neighborhood vision. The team also conducted a previous plan review and a windshield survey to update the neighborhood demographic and existing conditions assessment. The team developed an implementation strategy for the community that identified upcoming and proposed projects and implementation partners within the City of Atlanta and nonprofit organizations.
