Project Scope
The Atlanta Housing Authority selected APD Urban Planning & Management LLC to provide real estate advisory services.In 2016 AHA requested assistance with assessing the market potential for eleven vacant sites, amounting to 250 acres, throughout the city of Atlanta.
Our Work
The project was organized into two phases. The first phase focused on assessing the sites’ market potential to support housing development guided by the Atlanta Housing Authority’s future goals. In phase II the team developed a more detailed market analysis, created development programs and siteplans, and developed financial proforma’s to assess each project’s financial feasibility, and recommend phasing strategies.
