Project Scope
The Atlanta Housing Authority engaged APD-U to provide project support for their application to the HUD Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant in 2015.
Our Work
APD-U collected existing conditions data for parcels within the Choice Neighborhood Areas. This informed the development of a property acquisition strategy which included a thorough analysis of constraints and opportunities to identify specific areas where the AHA and its partners could focus on their acquisition and stabilization strategies. APD-U also aided AHA in the development of GIS maps for their application.

- Cost analysis of property acquisition, property maintenance, and redevelopment proforma.
- Action Plan with specific roles and responsibilities for specific stakeholders and agencies.
