Project Scope
The Harvard Community Services Center (HCSC) commissioned a plan to create a vision and implementation strategy for the Lee-Harvard Community Master Plan, with a specific focus on three corridors. The plan intends to create a balanced redevelopment effort to meet the needs of both current and future residents while ensuring legacy residents can remain in their neighborhood.
Our Work
APD-U is working closely with HCSC to create a unique Community Engagement Plan that builds on legacy resident knowledge and APD-U experience. The project is organized starting with an in-depth collection of analysis of existing community conditions, a review of existing plans and studies, and dialogue with community stakeholders to facilitate the development of a vision for what neighborhood transformation should look like. APD-U is working in conjunction with HCSC and its partners to translate information from existing conditions and community vision into a planning concept that reflects the input gathered throughout the process. Through the planning process, APD-U will prepare the plan for adoption by the City of Cleveland and subsequent execution of implementation strategies.
