Julian Wiles

Biography

Julian is responsible for helping APD-U and the other family enterprise organizations develop sustainable strategic roadmaps to support growth, people development, and profitability. He has an extensive supply chain and operations background, focusing on improving processes and helping teams drive their operations excellence journey.  He has over 30 years of experience in corporate America, with much of his time spent at SC Johnson in Wisconsin. At SC Johnson, he had several different roles, including Senior Director of Global Manufacturing, Senior Director of Global Logistics, and VP of Product Supply Canada. He also worked with several other privately held family businesses, now utilizing that knowledge, expertise, and experience in the strategic development and execution of moving APD-U and the other family enterprise organizations to the next level.
