Biography
Shelia is responsible for financial management and budget analysis for all APD projects and programs for the last ten years, and serves as the team’s DRGR specialist.
Shelia has considerable knowledge of the procedures, techniques, and operation of ESRI ArcInfo, ArcView, and Arc Map software. She performs technical research in geographic information systems and produces maps that satisfy project requirements, and adopts and applies appropriate and practical research methods and principles to GIS system implementations.
Shelia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
